Spacer Box

Rock Tough's Spacer Box option was developed to provide a larger clean out box for equipment with large volume buckets. Assembly is completed at the job site by setting the main frame on the spacer box, use the pre-drilled holes and bolt the two together. Spacer boxes can be fabricated to any height required which is usually determined by the reach of the equipment being used. This option is available for all models, but is typically used with our 14 Ft. Rip-Rap, and our 12 Ft. and 14 Ft. midsized separators.

Shipping:  The Spacer Box option need not increase shipping charges. Rock screens are shipped based on deck space used not by weight. By limiting the height of the Spacer Box to the height of the clean out box on the main frame we can turn the Spacer Box 180 degrees and place it inside the main frame for shipment. The Spacer Box option allows even our largest separator to be shipped in a standard container.
